Life is not just about the things in front of you, but also about poetry and distant fields! The work is not just two points and one line, but also team building on the go! In order to further enhance communication and exchanges among colleagues and enhance organizational collaboration capabilities and team spirit, the company organized the long-awaited winter outdoor development and team-building activities on December 11. The weather was beautiful and the morning breeze was refreshing. Early in the morning, all the company employees drove to Tianlu Lake Forest Park, known as the 'East Lung of Guangzhou', and launched an exciting outdoor adventure challenge of leaping through the jungle. Everyone chose the more difficult red and black challenge routes. By climbing, sliding, swimming, crossing, jumping and flying, they overcame all obstacles and finally reached the finish line. This route brings together elements necessary for outdoor adventure such as high altitude, speed, strength, and perseverance, providing participants with sensory stimulation. It is a sport that integrates adventure, sports, entertainment, and challenges. It can not only release stress, persevere, but also exercise team spirit. Although it took a lot of energy, everyone still had a great time. During this period, everyone encouraged each other and worked together in unity. Most colleagues successfully completed the entire challenge and received a full sense of accomplishment and applause!

After a delicious lunch, we continued with team building activities in the afternoon. Under the organization of the coach, the team was divided into four groups and carried out exciting team cooperation competitions such as 'Tower of Hanoi' and 'Guess the Number by Looking at Pictures'. Members of each group gave full play to the wisdom of the team members and the leadership role of the team leader. Through active communication, reasonable division of labor, and effective collaboration, they successfully completed various competitions. The team-building activities in the afternoon fully demonstrated the high efficiency and strong execution of the Debaishun team as well as the leadership and team organization and coordination abilities of the person in charge.

Through a day of outdoor development and team building, the distance between colleagues has been shortened, the team's will has been tempered, and a more progressive corporate culture has been created. Debaishun is always talent-oriented, has both 'morality' and 'talent', and never gives up. If we unite as one, we will definitely achieve a win-win situation with Debaishun!
