Debaishun Blue Diamond Technology"s water electrolysis hydrogen production catalyst won the "International Advanced" authoritative certification from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology

Recently, the "Technical Research and Application of Catalyst Materials for Electrolysis of Water" project independently completed by Guangzhou Debaishun Blue Diamond Technology Co., Ltd. successfully passed the authoritative review organized by the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center, and was officially issued the "Scientific and Technological Achievements Registration Certificate" (Registration Number: 3392025Y1018) by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and was rated as "International Advanced".

Registration of scientific and technological achievements is the country’s authoritative certification of scientific and technological innovation achievements. Its evaluation system covers four levels: "international leading, internationally advanced, domestic leading, domestic advanced", and conducts multi-dimensional systematic evaluation from technological innovation, economic benefits to social value. Being rated "Internationally Advanced" this time marks that Debaishun"s technical strength in the field of water electrolysis hydrogen production catalysts has been recognized at the national level, and also provides a strong qualification endorsement for the company to further promote the industrialization of technology.

As the world"s leading manufacturer in the field of conductive diamond (blue diamond) materials, Debaishun has always focused on independent research and development of core technologies. This project focuses on the industry problems of electrolytic water hydrogen production catalysts in terms of corrosion resistance, elimination of precious metal dependence, cost control and large-scale production, and successfully breaks through three major technical directions:

·Develop a low-cost proton exchange membrane water electrolysis anode catalyst based on blue diamond carbon materials, and the anode durability is comparable to the international leading level;

·Develop a low-cost proton exchange membrane fuel cell anode catalyst with anti-reverse capability to achieve excellent anti-reverse performance;

·Develop an anion exchange membrane water electrolysis anode catalyst suitable for seawater electrolysis, showing high stability and low electrolysis overpotential.

This achievement has obtained a number of national patents, has completely independent intellectual property rights, and has achieved mass production and downstream trials. Its comprehensive performance has been widely recognized, providing key technical support for the upgrading of my country"s hydrogen energy industry and the reduction of green hydrogen costs.
