Understand ozone water cleaning technology

On-site generation technology is a relatively new commercial clean industry. It's a way to produce cleaning and sterilizing solutions on-site and on-demand, rather than taking the traditional route of ordering from distributors or buying products in stores. It is also a way to remove chemical fragrances and dyes from cleaning and infection control products.

Any facility or project that wants to be green, sustainable and low toxic can benefit from on-site power generation and save money in the long run. This technology makes the equipment under control.

At present, two kinds of chemical solutions produced on site are aqueous ozone and hypochlorite. Both systems can produce detergents, deodorants and degreasers.

Ozone water is a clean and deodorizing solution certified by green seal generated by air, water and electricity, without adding spices and dyes. Ozone has been used to disinfect and purify drinking water for more than 100 years. It is also used to keep pool water clean, clean fruits and vegetables, and disinfect food processing areas.

Ozone water produced by on-site generators is usually prepared by two types of machinery.

The first is the wall mounted "gas station" which can be filled with buckets, floor scrubbers, spray bottles or other containers. Due to the instability of ozone water for a long time, it needs to be continuously manufactured and used to ensure that the ozone water level is always at the required concentration for effective cleaning.

The first "gas station" system seen in a commercial clean space was wall mounted, with on-site generators using stabilizers to correct differences in mineral concentrations in tap water. These expensive stabilizers need to be replaced all year round.

In addition, the use of a wall mounted ozone filling station alone for on-site generation has proven to require significant changes in the cleaning process. This is because the prepared aqueous ozone is stable only at the concentration required for effective cleaning for about two hours. After that, we should abandon the original solution and replace it with a new one.

Therefore, it is necessary to establish a cleaning process to deal with this stability problem. Since cleaning agreements and training require workers to update the solution every two hours, managers can purchase more wall units so that employees can refill bottles as they pass through the facility, or adjust the cleaning time to allow for employees to travel to and from the original equipment.

The second type of on-site production machine that provides water ozone in the form of a portable, rolling, touch free caddie system - similar to a touch free toilet cleaner, has been on the market for many years.

The tank configuration of on-site generator solves the problem of water ozone stability in the commercial cleaning industry through continuous production of on-site demand solutions. It allows end users to carry generators with them throughout the facility, which ensures that fresh water ozone - the concentration required for cleaning and deodorization - is always convenient and available. The tank also has a spray hose delivery system, hands-free cleaning and two vacuum pumps for efficient and safe collection of soil solutions.
