Fibromyalgia is a chronic disease with very complex symptoms. Systemic pain is considered to be the main symptom of the disease, but many other related symptoms, especially irreversible sleep, chronic fatigue, anxiety, and depression symptoms, are also characteristic disorders of the disease, and the degree of its effect is related to the degree of disease. The etiology of fibromyalgia is also complex, and both genetic and environmental factors seem to be involved in the pathophysiology of the disease. There is evidence that oxidative stress is increased in fibromyalgia, but it is unclear whether this increase is a causative factor in the development of the disease or whether it is secondary to the patient's injury. Materials and Method

According to the American Academy of Rheumatology, from February 2016 to December 2017, 40 patients with fibromyalgia were treated at the MEDE Clinic in Saqib (PN), Italy. There are 35 women and 5 men. The age range is 22 to 68 years, and the time range for the diagnosis of fibromyalgia is 0.5 to 33 years. Pain assessment is carried out by a numerical rating scale selected by the patient from 0 (no pain) to 10 (maximum pain), and fatigue assessment is carried out by a fatigue severity scale used to estimate the severity. According to the Scientific Society of Oxygen-Ozone Therapy (SIOOT) agreement, 30 patients received an automatic blood transfusion and 10 patients received ozone rectal infusion, treated twice a week and once a week. Result

Significant improvement (>50% of symptoms) was observed in 32 patients (80%). No patients reported significant side effects. In short, as far as we know, this is currently the largest study of ozone therapy for patients with fibromyalgia. Ozone therapy is an effective treatment for patients with fibromyalgia, and there are no obvious side effects, which illustrates this point.
