Ozone disinfection, replacing traditional disinfection

Ozone disinfection is a water purification system operator, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, that replaces hot water and chemical disinfection. Ozone disinfection has been proved to be more effective, cost-effective and less maintenance required during the life cycle of water systems when applied to tanks and distribution circuits.

What is continuous ozone disinfection? In short, in the manufacturing process, even if the water level changes to replace the air, the low ozone residue will keep the air tank in its original state. In order to disinfect the distribution circuit and other wet parts of the system occasionally, the ozone level is improved and circulated in the water system to effectively disinfect it.

Even with the continuous ozone disinfection described above, ozone treatment can be 90 percent cheaper than hot water disinfection that is circularly sterilized every Friday. If a cycle is disinfected only once a week, ozone is about 25 percent cheaper than hot water. Ozone continuous treatment is also cheaper than chemical disinfection, which has only two cycles a year.
